How can I delete a VUDU account?

i have vudu on ps3 and i put my info in and i signed up and it gave me 5.99 free for signing up so i also had a 10 dollar credit p for buying a bluray movie and i went to sign in on my laptop and apparently it started a 2nd account bc my ps3 vudu account still only has 5.99 credits it has no record of my 10 dollar credit code i put in. this is stressing me out bc i am ocding over it and i dont want 2 separate account. HELP PLEASE I WILL AWARD POINTS FOR LEGIT AND RIGHT ANSWER WITHIN 5 DAYS.
