What are my rights dealing with molestation?

An autistic boy has molested, stalked, and ually hared me for two years at my school. In the middle of last year I reported this to the school counselor and she's changed his schedule but he still is getting to me. My parents don't see the importance and the school doesn't notice the seriousness of this situation. TOday they had a meeting, and agreed to change his daily schedule for the fourth time and have someone to always walk with him. They've tried this four other times, but in the end he keeps finding me. I just turned 16 yesterday, and I want this to end! I've suffered depression, cutting and suicidal impulses, and I just want to know if there's anything more that could be done. Because of his condition they're much more tolerable to him, and try to protect his rights while in the mean time they are neglecting mine. I know that if it were me, singling out a girl to abuse for two years, and many others, I would have much more sever consequences. I would like to know if ultimately he could be suspended from school.
