Free Call Of Duty 4 For PC?

i was wondering if anyone had cod4 on another account they dont regularly use, that i could use to record a montage on for like a week or so. I've been receiving alot or PM's on my youtube to record a M40A3 montage, but my old account with COD4 on it got hacked, and dont have the money to buy a new copy. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
