PS3 Background download?

I have one download that is still downloading and another that is paused. If I put the ps3 to turn of automatically after the download will it also download the one that is paused or is it only going to download the active one. The one that is paused is one of the two free games from the Welcome Back Package, and if I cancel that one can i download it again later?
