Where does a boy touch you when he liked you? Guys &girls can answer.?

So I like this guy and I think/ hope he likes me back. I was just wondering where a guy will touch you when he likes you. The guy I like touches me everyday, he rarely never touches me. But when I say "touch" I don't mean grope or grabbing my or . He would touch my arm whenever we see each other in the hallway, touch my waist, lower back area the part above the curve of your , my shoulders, I think he touched my leg once, and my back and belly. Where does a guy touch you when he likes you...or what does he day? P.S. : He's my best guy friend since 2007. :)
